Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Fulfillment

Merchandise Items Merchandise items (apparel, accessories, glassware, and other branded goods) are fulfilled directly by Divergent Spirits. Orders are shipped from our facility, and you can expect to receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Spirits & Bottles All spirits and bottled products are fulfilled by a licensed third-party fulfillment partner. Due to legal requirements governing the sale and shipment of alcohol, spirits orders may be subject to additional processing time and are shipped only to states where direct-to-consumer alcohol delivery is permitted. A valid government-issued ID confirming you are 21+ may be required upon delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the customer's responsibility. Please be aware that we are unable to ship spirits internationally due to alcohol import regulations.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
